Agreement and contact

These Terms govern your use of SchemaSeek and purchases from Daydream, a registered series of REIDAVID LLC (we, us, or our). By accepting these Terms when creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information; accepting these Terms is not blanket consent to optional marketing or unrelated data uses. Contact support@schemaseek.com for account, billing, privacy, or legal questions, including if you cannot sign in or access the service while traveling.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. During launch, SchemaSeek is offered only in the United States, subject to location verification. No purchase of any kind (plans, credit packs, Big Question Tickets, or faster turnarounds) is sold to residents of Pennsylvania or Oklahoma, or to billing addresses in those states; see Paid features by state below. Access from US territories, military addresses, or outside the United States is not guaranteed. Do not misrepresent your age, residence, billing address, or location to bypass eligibility checks. Contact support if a location check is wrong; a restriction does not remove your cancellation, refund, or privacy rights.

What SchemaSeek is

SchemaSeek turns the details you provide into a personalized Schema: a structured perspective on how you work, built for self-reflection and insight. It is a software-generated interpretation offered as entertainment. It is not a prediction, factual forecast, or professional advice of any kind.

No professional advice

SchemaSeek is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, financial, or career advice. For those matters, consult a licensed professional.

No guarantee of accuracy or outcomes

Every Schema is a subjective interpretation, not a measurement. We make no guarantee of accuracy or of any specific result.

As is and as available

The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for your decisions; do not use a reading to make an irreversible decision or to assess another person's suitability for employment, credit, insurance, housing, education, or healthcare. SchemaSeek is not an emergency or crisis service and messages are not monitored continuously. Seek emergency or qualified professional help when needed. These responsibilities do not waive your consumer rights or excuse our legal obligations.

Subscriptions and auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically for the billing interval shown at checkout until you cancel. Checkout states the price in US dollars, applicable taxes, billing interval, and renewal information before you authorize payment. Payment starts immediately; there is no free trial. Monthly credit allowances are separate from whether your subscription is billed monthly or annually.

Open Account, find Subscription renewal, and choose Cancel renewal before your next renewal to cancel online. If you have multiple subscriptions, choose Cancel all subscription renewals. Canceling online takes effect immediately, needs no call or message to us, and never requires you to accept an offer to stay. Cancellation stops the next recurring charge; access continues through the paid period unless affected by a refund, account deletion, or eligibility restriction. Cancellation does not reverse a charge already processed or automatically request a refund.

If you cannot access cancellation, email support@schemaseek.com. One-time purchases do not renew. For refund guidance, read Billing and refunds.

Billing notices and changes

You authorize the disclosed recurring charges and applicable taxes to your selected payment method. Keep your billing details current. We will provide notices required by applicable law for renewals, price changes, and material billing changes, with an opportunity to cancel before a new price applies. For Annual plans, we email you about 35 days before the renewal date, and again 14 and 7 days before, stating the renewal date, the amount, and how to cancel; Monthly plans state the amount and next renewal date in the purchase confirmation and in Account, and once a year we email Monthly members a reminder stating the plan, the amount and frequency of charges, and how to cancel. Renewal payments are final except where the law requires otherwise. Where renewed consent is required, we will obtain it. A change will not increase the price of an already paid subscription period. Required notices and consent at purchase are additional to these Terms.

Retained readings and calendar archives

After your paid subscription period ends, previously delivered paid readings and calendar snapshots remain available under the applicable refund and dispute rules. Missing periods remain unavailable: opening an archive does not create or refresh readings, calendar information, or timing details. A new credit- or Ticket-funded answer is a separate purchase, not a renewal of subscription updates.

Paid features by state

SchemaSeek purchases, including plans, credit packs, Big Question Tickets and faster Big Question turnarounds, are not sold to residents of Pennsylvania or Oklahoma, or to billing addresses in those states. The free Preview is available in eligible U.S. locations, subject to location verification. If we learn that a paid account belongs to a resident of one of these states, we cancel it and refund the unused portion of the current term. No purchase of any kind is available to residents of these states; the free Preview is open there. We determine your state from your billing address and, at the time of purchase, from the approximate location of your connection. If your billing address later changes to one of these states, paid features are suspended and the unused portion of the current term is refunded. Nothing in this section affects your free Preview, your saved Schema, or your ability to export or delete your data.

Refunds

Satisfaction guarantee: if SchemaSeek is not right for you, you can get a full refund, including tax, of your first Monthly payment within 7 days of the charge or of your first Annual payment within 30 days. Request it from your account settings; you can pick any reason or prefer not to say, and your answer never affects the decision. We aim to decide within 2 business days, and an approved refund goes back to your original payment method, where it usually appears within 5 to 10 business days. The guarantee covers the first payment of your first personal plan, once per person and per payment method. A guarantee refund cancels your plan, ends access to the paid Full Schema and other paid content, voids any remaining allowance credits, and returns your account to the free Preview. Renewals are final, except where the law requires otherwise; canceling stops future charges and keeps your access until the end of the period you paid for, but does not refund past ones. Team and Tribe plans are not covered by the guarantee; for them we review any refund request made within 7 days of the charge, and after 7 days payments are final, except where the law requires otherwise. A Credit Pack or Big Question Ticket can be refunded within 7 days of purchase while it is completely unused; once any part is used it is final. Big Question turnaround fees come back automatically when an answer is late; repeat or unusually frequent refunds of them may be reviewed by a person before they are issued, and such a refund is refused only for fraud or abuse. If a charge looks wrong, or the request option is not available to you, contact support@schemaseek.com; we aim to answer within 2 business days. A refund never affects your right to request a copy of your data. Payments made before these terms took effect keep the refund terms that applied when they were made. Nothing here limits any refund rights you have under applicable law.

A guarantee refund removes access to paid content. After the refund, the Full Schema, Monthly Focus, calendar archive, and paid Ask answers are no longer shown, any remaining allowance credits are voided, and your account returns to the free Preview. Purchased credits and Tickets are not affected; they keep their own refund rule, a full refund within 7 days of purchase while completely unused. Delivered readings stay readable after an ordinary cancellation only; a guarantee refund is different. You can subscribe again later at the regular price, but the guarantee applies once per person and per payment method.

To request a guarantee refund, open Account and choose Request a refund while your first payment is inside its window. The reason list includes Other, or I prefer not to say, and no answer affects the decision. We aim to decide within 2 business days and confirm by email; an approved refund goes back to your original payment method, where it usually appears within 5 to 10 business days. If that option is not shown, or a charge looks wrong, duplicated, or unauthorized, choose Contact us about a charge on the same page or email support@schemaseek.com. We aim to answer within 2 business days, so a card dispute is never the only way to be heard. Requesting a copy of your data never affects a refund, and a refund never affects your right to request a copy of your data.

Payments made before the effective date of these Terms keep the refund terms that applied when they were made: a full refund on request within 2 hours of the charge, a reviewed refund request within 7 days, and final after that, subject to applicable law. Email support@schemaseek.com for those charges.

Credits

Paid subscriptions include 500 credits each month. Your allowance resets on your billing date; unused allowance credits do not carry over. Purchased credit packs (500 credits for $20) never expire, and they stay usable even if your subscription ends. You can buy and use credits for complete metered Ask answers without a subscription. Credit packs do not include the Full Schema or ongoing calendar updates; subscription-only features still require an active subscription. Expiring granted credits are spent first, then purchased credits last. Preview accounts get three included answers at no credit cost; every other answer is funded by credits you buy or by a subscription allowance. A simple question costs 10 credits; an advanced question costs 25. A follow-up costs the same as the question it follows. If a credit pack payment is refunded or disputed, we remove those credits from your balance. We never pursue collection beyond that.

Standalone purchases

Credits and Big Question Tickets can be purchased and used without a subscription. Credits fund complete metered Ask answers; Tickets fund complete Big Question answers. Neither purchase includes the Full Schema or ongoing calendar updates. Purchased balances never expire and remain usable if your subscription ends. Previously acquired answers remain readable without a balance or subscription.

Questions and the question bank

Answers in the Ask experience come from our curated question bank: a fixed set of questions we wrote, answered by our software from your saved Schema. Anything you type into the Ask search is used only to find matching bank questions; it is not sent to an AI model, it does not generate a new answer, and it never becomes part of your Schema. When a search matches nothing, we record only that a miss occurred, not the search text.

Big Questions

Our software prepares answers from your saved Schema and question. A person reads and approves each answer for safety and grounding before release. Use the answer for reflection; it does not provide professional advice. Where we call this reviewer a SchemaSeek expert, we mean a member of our team trained to analyze, refine, and deliver interpretations in our format; the reviewer is not a licensed professional, and review does not make an answer accurate, predictive, or professional advice. Big Question Tickets arrive quarterly with an active subscription while your bank holds fewer than 3. Purchased Tickets can take your balance above 3. Granted Tickets are spent first, soonest to expire first; purchased Tickets are spent last. A granted Ticket expires 12 months after it is granted. If your subscription ends, unused granted Big Question Tickets are void 30 days later unless you resubscribe. Purchased Tickets never expire and survive cancellation. You can buy and use Tickets for complete Big Question answers without a subscription. Tickets do not include the Full Schema or ongoing calendar updates. Follow-ups cost 1 Ticket, up to 2 per question, within 60 days of your answer. A Big Question costs 1 Ticket and is answered within 14 days, often sooner. Priority turnaround, within 7 days, costs $19.99 more, paid by card. Direct turnaround, within 3 days, costs $49.99 more by card or 1 more Ticket. Faster turnarounds have a limited number of places each week, and their clock starts when the card payment clears, or when you submit if you use a Ticket. If a card payment cannot be applied to your question, it is refunded in full. Your first Big Question gets Priority turnaround at no extra cost while that week's places last; if we miss that date, your Ticket comes back and the answer still arrives. If a paid Priority or Direct answer misses its date, the fee comes back automatically, to your card or as a Ticket, and the answer still arrives. Repeat or unusually frequent refunds may be reviewed by a person before they are issued; we refuse a refund only for fraud or abuse. The number of faster-turnaround places left in the current week is shown at the point of purchase. A late Priority or Direct answer refunds its fee automatically, to the card or as a Ticket, and the question continues at Standard turnaround. We may decline to answer a Big Question that asks for professional advice we cannot give, or that contains unlawful content, harassment, or content about harming yourself or others; if we decline, we tell you in general terms why and the Ticket returns to your Big Question Ticket balance. A Ticket return is not a cash refund; any payment refund is handled separately under our refund policy and applicable law. If your question suggests you may be in crisis, we will point you to professional resources instead of answering.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse, disrupt, scrape, resell, or bypass access controls of the service, or reverse-engineer it except as permitted by non-waivable law. Do not submit unlawful content, impersonate others, harass or threaten anyone, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or submit another person's private information without authority. Do not upload children's personal information, payment credentials, government identification numbers, or medical records. Report suspected security problems privately to support@schemaseek.com without accessing other people's data.

Your license

We and our licensors retain rights in the software, branding, and templates. Subject to these Terms, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service and read, download where available, and share your own delivered readings for personal purposes. You do not receive ownership of the underlying software or permission to resell the service. Generated output may be similar to other output, may contain errors, and is not guaranteed to be exclusive or eligible for copyright protection. Your rights in content you submit remain yours.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit: your questions, your answers to onboarding, and anything you choose to publish on a public profile. You give us the limited license we need to operate the service: to store that content, process it to build your Schema and answers, and, only for content you have set to public, display it publicly until you unpublish it. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

Image uploads and safety reports

Image uploads remain disabled until enabled for the service. Where enabled, photos and banners must not contain sexual content, graphic violence, hateful material, unlawful content, or another person's private images without permission. We use automated checks before publication and refuse uploads when those checks cannot complete. Checks are not a guarantee, and ordinary uploads do not enter a human review queue. Exceptional safety or legal reports may require authorized human handling. We may restrict access and preserve relevant approved display versions and records as described in our Privacy Policy. Use the safety and takedown form to report child-safety concerns, nonconsensual intimate images, or other violations. Do not upload evidence images to the form. Filing a report does not automatically send an external report.

Repeat infringers

We respond to notices of claimed copyright infringement under 17 USC 512, and in appropriate circumstances we terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe. Our designated agent and the notice form are at /legal/takedown. When we receive a complete, good-faith notice, we remove or disable access to the reported material, tell the account holder what was removed, and record the notice against that account. An account that accumulates repeated valid notices, or that we determine is engaged in deliberate or large-scale infringement, may be suspended or terminated without further warning, and we may decline to accept a replacement account from the same person. If your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter notification to the same agent; where the law provides for it, we will restore the material unless the complaining party notifies us that it has filed a court action. Submitting a notice or a counter notification that materially misrepresents the facts creates liability under 17 USC 512(f). We also accommodate, and do not interfere with, standard technical measures that rights holders use to identify or protect their works.

Public profiles and sharing

Publishing is entirely your choice. Selected profile sections and share cards can be viewed, copied, or indexed by others. We exclude private birth fields, account email, and private timing data from public profile output, but information you put in public text or images is visible to others. Unpublishing removes the public page from our service; it cannot recall downloads, screenshots, or copies held by other people or search engines. Friends, comparison, and group features reveal the information shown in their sharing controls to the participants you choose. Obtain permission before sharing another person's data. Usernames are first come, first served; we may reclaim them for impersonation, trademark conflict, or extended inactivity. Report privacy, impersonation, or intellectual-property concerns through /legal/takedown or support@schemaseek.com.

Automated processing

Our automated software generates a personalized interpretation from the details you provided. It does not provide a factual forecast. This processing is not automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects, and you can request access, correction, or deletion of the details behind your Schema at any time.

Termination

You can request account deletion from Account settings after canceling any renewing subscriptions. Scheduling cancellation at the end of the paid period is enough; you do not need to wait for that period to end. Once accepted, your deletion request starts the process described in the Privacy Policy, including its 14-day restoration window. We reconcile remaining subscriptions and retry unfinished billing and erasure steps; a billing-provider failure can delay completion. Contact support@schemaseek.com if you cannot use these controls, need to exercise a privacy right, or see a charge after your deletion request. Restoring an account does not itself restart a canceled subscription. Account deletion is different from canceling a subscription and removes saved readings and balances when erasure completes, subject to applicable refund and legal rights. Deleting your account does not itself request a refund; if you want a refund, request it from Account settings before you delete. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, abuses the service, or creates legal risk, and where practical we will tell you why. If we terminate without cause, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 US dollars.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or the loss, corruption, or unavailability of data. These exclusions and the liability cap apply to claims arising from service interruptions, technical failures, security incidents, or third-party service failures, whether based on contract, tort, or another legal theory.

Keep copies of content you want to preserve using available download or sharing tools; see how to request a copy of your data. We do not guarantee that lost or corrupted content can be recovered. This does not change our stated retention practices or your rights to previously delivered readings under these Terms.

These limits do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit. They do not waive your mandatory consumer or privacy rights, our data-security or breach-notification obligations, or refunds owed under these Terms. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims and reasonable losses caused by your unlawful content, intentional misuse of the service, or infringement of another person's rights. This does not apply to losses caused by our breach, negligence, or misconduct, or impose obligations that consumer law prohibits. We will notify you of a covered claim, allow reasonable participation in its defense, and will not agree to a settlement imposing an admission or non-monetary obligation on you without your consent.

Dispute resolution

THIS SECTION PROVIDES FOR INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND A CLASS-ACTION WAIVER, SUBJECT TO THE EXCEPTIONS AND OPT-OUT BELOW.

Informal resolution

Email support@schemaseek.com with a description of a dispute, the relief requested, and a reply address; both sides will try to resolve it for 30 days. This does not prevent urgent court relief, a small-claims filing, a regulator complaint, or action needed to preserve a legal deadline.

Individual arbitration and exceptions

Unresolved disputes are subject to binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules and the Federal Arbitration Act. AAA rules and filing information are available online. AAA's consumer rules govern fees, fee waivers, and a reasonably accessible hearing location or remote hearing. The arbitrator may award remedies available under applicable law.

Either party may bring an eligible individual claim in small claims court or seek court relief for intellectual-property misuse or unauthorized access. Neither party may pursue class arbitration or a class action under this agreement, but this does not waive non-waivable rights, public injunctive relief where protected by law, or agency enforcement.

Opt out of arbitration

You may opt out by emailing support@schemaseek.com with the subject Arbitration Opt-Out, your account email, and a clear statement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. No special form or account cancellation is required; we honor prior valid opt-outs.

Court proceedings and later changes

If AAA declines administration because our clause does not meet its consumer standards, or the arbitration agreement is unenforceable, the dispute may proceed in a court with jurisdiction. Changes to this section apply prospectively and do not revive a waived arbitration obligation or alter a dispute already notified to us.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer protection law of your state or country of residence gives you rights that cannot be waived, in which case those rights are unaffected. Court proceedings that are not subject to arbitration will be brought in the state or federal courts of Wyoming, except eligible claims in your local small claims court and proceedings that applicable non-waivable law permits you to bring elsewhere. This venue provision does not prevent a regulator complaint or public injunctive relief where protected by law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms and will identify the effective date. We will notify you of material changes through a prominent in-product notice, such as a banner, or by email. We will provide advance notice and obtain renewed agreement where required by applicable law. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights relating to an earlier purchase or dispute, and apply to existing accounts only after any required notice and agreement. Continued use does not replace consent that the law requires us to collect separately. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel and stop using the service, subject to any refund rights you have. A change to these Terms does not by itself authorize an unrelated new use of your personal information.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, that part is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest of the Terms stays in effect.
