Full Schema is the complete reading. Monthly ($19.99 a month) and Annual ($99.99 a year, billed once a year) unlock the same features and differ only in billing interval. Both include:

- Your Full Schema across all nine life areas, each with its pattern, strengths, and watch-outs, plus reflection exercises and a Season outlook where available.
- Ongoing calendar readings while subscribed, with Day, Week, Month, Year, and Eras views.
- 500 Ask credits every month (they reset monthly and do not roll over).
- One Big Question Ticket after every three consecutive paid months, while your Ticket balance is below three.
- Your delivered Full Schema and saved calendar snapshots stay readable after you cancel, subject to the refund rules.

## Plans, cancelling, and refunds

- Monthly suits a one-month look around a specific decision or change. Annual, about $8.33 a month, is the better fit for ongoing use.
- You can cancel online anytime from Account. You keep the rest of the period you paid for; after that, your delivered Full Schema and saved calendar snapshots stay readable, while new calendar readings and monthly credits stop.
- Refunds, as the Terms state them: "Bought by mistake? Email support@schemaseek.com within 2 hours of the charge and we refund it in full, no questions asked. Within 7 days of the charge we will still consider a full refund: tell us what went wrong and we will review it promptly. After 7 days, payments are final; cancelling stops future charges but does not refund past ones. After a refund, your Full Schema access depends on which billing cycle you were in: a refund during your first billing cycle returns your account to the free Preview, and a refund after a renewal keeps your Full Schema visible as a read-only result with no new generations. Nothing here limits any refund rights you have under applicable law."

## Nine life areas and several timing layers

A Full Schema is organized around nine life areas: Work and Career, Direction and Purpose, Money and Wealth, People and Community, Family, Love and Relationships, Your Inner Patterns, Place and Relocation, Timing and Seasons. Each area describes your standing lean in plain words, with strengths, watch-outs, and reflection exercises where available.

Timing lives on a calendar with Day, Week, Month, Year, and Eras views. Days carry a tone (Favorable, Steady, Mixed, or Friction) and a confidence level (Strong, Moderate, or Tentative).

## Ask, Big Questions, and compatibility

Ask is a searchable bank of questions answered from your Schema. Searching is free; common paid answers cost 10 credits and advanced answers 25. Subscribers get 500 credits a month, and anyone can buy a credit pack ($20.00 for 500 credits) without subscribing.

A Big Question is your own question with your own context, answered in writing. It uses Big Question Tickets: $100.00 each when bought separately, and subscribers earn one after every three consecutive paid months. Standard turnaround is 14 days.

Compatibility is a Shared dynamic between two friends. Both people must turn on sharing first, and it describes possible patterns in how you interact, never a match score or a rating.

## Privacy

Your birth details stay private. SchemaSeek does not sell your personal information, share it for advertising, or publish your private birth details. A public Profile Page shows only the sections you choose, and only after you turn it on.

- Your chart is calculated from your birth date, place, and time. The same details always give the same chart; only the timing layers move with the calendar.
- SchemaSeek's engine writes the plain-language text from that chart and your answers.
- Safety checks review every reading before you see it, screening out medical, legal, and financial advice, fear-based wording, and claims of certainty.
- Every Big Question answer is reviewed by a SchemaSeek expert before it is released to you.
- The method is built on traditional approaches, kept proprietary, and refined over time with real lives as reference points.
